We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, right opposite the railway station, which was perfect for us as we both have health problems. Additionally, it was close to the Stoke City match we were attending and an excellent Indian restaurant called Planet Bollywood. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy bar that served a good red wine. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to provide directions and assist with any requests. The room was clean and tidy, with soft towels and a comfy bed. Transportation options were excellent, with the train station right on the doorstep. we couldn't have asked for a better location for where we needed to be.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for three of us. We also appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the room. for the price, this hotel was a great choice.
